Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Aura iPhone app and auracreator.app collect, why, who else handles it, and how to delete it. Aura is operated by VOX ARTIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Its address is 5800 SW 122nd Ave, Miami, FL 33183.
What we collect
- An anonymous account. Aura creates an account for you when you first open the app. It has a random identifier and sign-in tokens. We do not ask for your name, email, or password.
- Photos you upload. Photos you pick for a generation or for your avatar.
- Prompts and settings. The text and options you choose for a generation.
- Generated images. The images Aura creates for you. We do not store them on our servers.
- Credits and purchases. Your credit balance and history, and the App Store transaction records for credit packs you buy. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your card details.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may record an IP address and the time of a request to operate and secure Aura.
We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services.
Face data
Aura does not perform facial recognition or build or store a face template itself. A photo you upload may contain a face. We send photos to Higgsfield to generate the image you asked for. Avatar photos are also sent so Higgsfield can train a custom reference for that person, a Soul ID, and later generations use that reference. We do not send a name, email, or payment details to Higgsfield.
How we use it
We use this information to run Aura: to generate your images, keep your credit balance, verify purchases, restore purchases on a new device, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you ask for and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing Aura.
AI provider: Higgsfield
Aura uses Higgsfield Inc. to generate images. When you create an image, the photos and prompt for that image are sent to Higgsfield, which returns the result. Higgsfield handles that content under its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Training. Aura's Higgsfield account is under the standard Terms of Use, not an enterprise agreement. Higgsfield may use the photos, prompts, and images sent to it to train and improve its own models (its Terms of Use, section 4.4). Avatar photos are sent so Higgsfield can train a Soul ID, a custom reference for that person, which later generations use. Deleting them in Aura, or deleting the Aura account, stops Aura from keeping its copies. It does not remove them from Higgsfield, and anything already used in a trained model cannot be taken back out.
Retention at Higgsfield. Higgsfield's Privacy Policy ("Delete your content or account") says content removed from an account may remain on its active servers for 30 days, and copies may be held in backups after that. Its Terms of Use (section 16.5) say content is kept for 30 days after account deletion and then permanently deleted from active systems. Aura deletes its copies of your uploaded photos when you delete a photo or delete your account. Aura does not store generated images, and it does not delete content from Higgsfield.
Before your photos are first sent to Higgsfield, the app asks for your permission.
Other service providers
We use service providers to host and run Aura. They process your information only to provide their service to us.
- Render, for app hosting and the database.
- Cloudflare R2, for storing uploaded photos. They are kept in private storage.
- Apple, for purchases and purchase restore.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Deleting your data
You can delete an uploaded photo in the app, and you can delete your account from the app menu. Deleting your account deletes your account and sign-in tokens on our servers, along with your uploaded photos and their stored files. We do not store generated images on our servers. After deletion, a purchase restore cannot bring that account back. Credit and purchase records in our ledger are kept. Copies of deleted information may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
How long we keep it
We keep your uploaded photos until you delete them or delete your account. We do not store generated images on our servers. We keep your account and sign-in tokens until you delete the account. We keep credit and purchase records after you delete your account. Higgsfield's retention is described above.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, and to withdraw consent where the law gives you that right. Email voxartis@pm.me to make a request. We do not send marketing emails.
Children
Aura is not intended for anyone under 13, or under the age of majority where you live if that age is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on auracreator.app with a new effective date.
