Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026/09/29
These terms cover your use of the Aura iPhone app and auracreator.app. By using Aura you agree to them. Aura is operated by VOX ARTIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Its address is 5800 SW 122nd Ave, Miami, FL 33183.
If you downloaded Aura from the Apple App Store, your use of Aura is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement.
Your use of Aura is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Aura. By using Aura you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Use of Aura
You may use Aura only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not misuse Aura, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of the law.
Your photos and prompts
Only submit prompts and photos you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is illegal, that exploits minors, or that you do not have permission to use. A photo of someone else needs their permission. Higgsfield requires that consent before a face photo is used for a feature like Soul ID (its Terms of Use, sections 4.2 and 5.3).
You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you submit. You grant VOX ARTIS LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display your photos, prompts, and generated images, and to share them with our service providers, including Higgsfield, as needed to operate Aura. Higgsfield handles content we send it under its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which allow it to use that content to train its models. By submitting content, you authorize this sharing and confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to grant this license.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account. It does not end for content already sent to Higgsfield, which remains subject to Higgsfield's terms, or for records we keep as described in our Privacy Policy.
Aura and its underlying technology remain the exclusive property of VOX ARTIS LLC.
AI provider: Higgsfield
Aura generates images with Higgsfield Inc. Photos and prompts you submit for a generation are sent to Higgsfield. Higgsfield's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy describe how Higgsfield handles that content, including its use for training AI models and how long it keeps it. Our Privacy Policy summarizes those points.
Higgsfield may block a generation that its safety check flags. A blocked generation does not produce an image.
AI-generated images
Images are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or look different from you, and similar images may be produced for other users.
You are responsible for the images you create and how you use them. Do not generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing. Do not present generated images as photographs of a real shoot (Higgsfield Terms of Use, sections 5.2(xi) and 11.7). We may remove or restrict content that breaks these terms. You may use generated images only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Credits and purchases
Generating an image costs credits. Credit packs are one-time App Store purchases, billed by Apple. The price is the one Apple shows at the time you buy. If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance.
Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Credits do not expire while your account is open. If you delete your account, unused credits are not refunded and cannot be restored.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app menu. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.
Reporting a problem
Email voxartis@pm.me to report an image or another problem.
Disclaimers
Aura is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Aura will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations. AI-generated images may be unexpected or inaccurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOX ARTIS LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Aura, including indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on auracreator.app with a new effective date. Your continued use of Aura means you accept the updated terms.
